Our Constantinople roots led us to combine the kadayıf with our Analo cheese! A cheese created specifically for this product, the panirKaidancheese is salt-free and melts when baked. After combining with pure sheep butter and fresh kadayıf, we get the kunafa. We can enjoy the healthiest dessert just by adding syrup or honey or even eating it plain.
